OT2: A Biblio-Mat Party!

Fun news! To celebrate the completion of this project, Stephen has graciously decided to throw a get-together of sorts at The Monkey’s Paw this coming Sunday, Jan 19th (dubbing it the Biblio-Mat Fanatic Day).

Besides basking in the presence of the Biblio-Mat, all 53 books (yes, 53!) and related paraphernalia will be on display for everyone to thumb through and criticize, because who doesn’t love judging books by their covers?

Also in attendance will be Craig Small, the Biblio-Mat’s designer and builder! I, too, will be on hand, if for no other reason than to take advantage of the refreshments being served.

You are all invited to come by and chat about the building of the Biblio-Mat, the stocking and curation of the machine, and the not-so-brilliant idea of reading a book from there each week. In addition, we’ll be making an announcement on the next evolution of therandombookmachine.com blog.
